Hannah Johnson, MS, OTR/L

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Hannah was born and raised in North Carolina. In high school, Hannah found her passion for helping others as she assisted in taking care of her grandmother. She found her love for Occupational Therapy as she observed the difference these services were making in her grandmother’s life. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology from Campbell University. She then received her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy at Salus University, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Hannah has experience working with both adults and children in outpatient clinic settings; as well as in hospital, skilled nursing, and home health settings. In these settings, she has provided skilled, client-centered interventions to populations with diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, anxiety/mental health disorders, sensory processing disorder, developmental delays, intellectual/learning disabilities, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and CVA/ stroke.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys walking her two dogs as well as traveling with her husband. Fun fact: her husband is an Optometrist right next door at Carolina Family Vision! Go see Dr. Johnson for your eye exams! 🙂
