Emily Selfe

Occupational Therapist

Emily is originally from a small town in Northeast Ohio. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University. She then received her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA in 2010. Emily now resides in Holly Springs with her husband and 3 young daughters. She spends most of her free time with her family enjoying the outdoors and everything the area has to offer.

Emily began her career at the Cleveland Clinic where she treated adults with varying orthopedic and neurological diagnoses establishing a strong medical background in neurological diagnoses such as stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and many others.

Since navigating the medical complexities of her own child with special needs, Emily has transitioned to pediatric occupational therapy and gained experience and knowledge as both a parent and therapist. She has therapeutic experience working with a variety of diagnoses including developmental delay, autism, sensory processing disorder, and behavioral disorders. Emily is excited about collaborating with other professionals to provide interdisciplinary treatment approaches for her patients and serving the needs of her growing community.
